目的：研究关节镜辅导下球囊成形术在胫骨平台骨折的临床应用效果。方法：选取2011年3月-2013年1月本院收治的50例胫骨平台骨折患者，按随机数字表法将这些患者分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。观察组患者给予关节镜辅导下球囊成形术复位并行小切口钢板固定治疗，对照组患者给予传统切开手术治疗。结果：与对照组比较，观察组的膝关节功能评分明显较高，膝关节间隙宽度明显较窄，膝关节间隙恢复明显较好，骨折愈合时间和住院时间明显较短，治疗优良率明显较高，术后并发症发生率明显较低，上述指标差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：关节镜辅导下球囊成形术在胫骨平台骨折的治疗中能够有效改善患者的膝关节功能，缩短骨折愈合时间和住院时间等，应用效果良好，值得推广。
목적：연구관절경보도하구낭성형술재경골평태골절적림상응용효과。방법：선취2011년3월-2013년1월본원수치적50례경골평태골절환자，안수궤수자표법장저사환자분위관찰조화대조조，매조25례。관찰조환자급여관절경보도하구낭성형술복위병행소절구강판고정치료，대조조환자급여전통절개수술치료。결과：여대조조비교，관찰조적슬관절공능평분명현교고，슬관절간극관도명현교착，슬관절간극회복명현교호，골절유합시간화주원시간명현교단，치료우량솔명현교고，술후병발증발생솔명현교저，상술지표차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：관절경보도하구낭성형술재경골평태골절적치료중능구유효개선환자적슬관절공능，축단골절유합시간화주원시간등，응용효과량호，치득추엄。
Objective:To study the clinical application of balloon angioplasty under arthroscopic counseling in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Method:50 cases of tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from March 2011 to January 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group. The observation group were given counseling under arthroscopic reset balloon angioplasty small incision parallel plate fixation,and the control group were given traditional incision surgery. Result:The knee function score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher,the knee joint space width was significantly narrower,the knee clearance recovery was significantly better,the fracture healing time and hospital stay were significantly shorter,the treatment effect was significantly superior,and the postoperative disease incidence was significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Balloon angioplasty under arthroscopic counseling can effectively improve the patients’ knee function,shorten the healing time and the length of stay in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures,the application effect is good,so is worthy of promoting.
