目的：探讨经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效。方法：对35例真菌性上颌窦炎患者采取经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术，术中彻底清除病变。结果：随访1年，33例(94.3%)患者痊愈，术腔上皮化良好。结论：经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎，损伤小，能彻底清除病变，疗效可靠。
목적：탐토경비내경연합하비도진로수술치료진균성상합두염적료효。방법：대35례진균성상합두염환자채취경비내경연합하비도진로수술，술중철저청제병변。결과：수방1년，33례(94.3%)환자전유，술강상피화량호。결론：경비내경연합하비도진로수술치료진균성상합두염，손상소，능철저청제병변，료효가고。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery through the approach combine with inferior nasal meatus in the treatment of fungal maxillary Sinusitis.Method:35 patients were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery through the approach combine with inferior nasal meatus. The lesions were removed completely.Result:The clinical cure rate was 94.3%after one year.The surgical cavitys epithelization were well.Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery through the approach combine with inferior nasal meatus in treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis is reliable and minimally invasive,which can remove the lesions completely.
