针对固体线膨胀系数测定实验中样品所处温度梯度场过大、升温和降温速率控制精度低的问题,提出了实验改进的措施。阐述了减小实验样品的温度场梯度,用设定程序控制实验样品的升温、恒温和降温的实施过程,并对金属样品线膨胀系数测定实验结果进行了分析,取得了固体线膨胀系数测定实验的改进设计的预期效果。
針對固體線膨脹繫數測定實驗中樣品所處溫度梯度場過大、升溫和降溫速率控製精度低的問題,提齣瞭實驗改進的措施。闡述瞭減小實驗樣品的溫度場梯度,用設定程序控製實驗樣品的升溫、恆溫和降溫的實施過程,併對金屬樣品線膨脹繫數測定實驗結果進行瞭分析,取得瞭固體線膨脹繫數測定實驗的改進設計的預期效果。

An improved method was applied to measure the linear expansion coefficient of solid samples ,so as to address the issue of temperature sweep rate control caused by large temperature gra-dient .The temperature gradient near a sample was effectively reduced by a program-controlled method when increasing and decreasing the temperature .The linear expansion coefficients of metal samples were obtained by this method and improved results were successfully achieved as expected .
