Discussed commonly used methods in establishing coordinate system of industrial measurement. By comparison and analysis,the author proposed a method of direction vector for calculating transformation parameters in process of establishing coordinate system with two or three points. Verified the correctness of the method and proved that this method could meet the demands of industrial measurement. It’s intuitive and easily understandable, which shows that it’s appropriate to computer programming. All of these provided effective basis for the follow-up development of three dimensional software of industrial measurement system.
