目的:研究乳康汤防治乳腺增生病的作用机制。方法:采用雌-孕激素联合造模形成乳腺增生大鼠模型,以乳结平作阳性对照,观察3个不同剂量乳康汤组大鼠乳头直径、高度和形态学变化,测定模型大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)含量和雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)阳性表达强度,检测模型大鼠细胞调亡比例。结果:乳康汤可使乳腺增生模型大鼠乳头红肿或增生减轻,明显减少乳腺小叶腺泡数及腺导管上皮细胞层数,可降低模型大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)而升高孕酮(P)含量,对乳腺组织中ER、PR的阳性表达强度明显抑制,促进细胞凋亡。结论:乳康汤可通过调节乳腺增生大鼠的激素水平,改善机体内分泌环境,使其对雌激素的敏感性下降,对大鼠乳腺增生有明显的抑制作用。

목적:연구유강탕방치유선증생병적작용궤제。방법:채용자-잉격소연합조모형성유선증생대서모형,이유결평작양성대조,관찰3개불동제량유강탕조대서유두직경、고도화형태학변화,측정모형대서혈청자이순(E2)、비유소(PRL)、잉동(P)함량화자격소수체(ER)、잉격소수체(PR)양성표체강도,검측모형대서세포조망비례。결과:유강탕가사유선증생모형대서유두홍종혹증생감경,명현감소유선소협선포수급선도관상피세포층수,가강저모형대서혈청자이순(E2)、비유소(PRL)이승고잉동(P)함량,대유선조직중ER、PR적양성표체강도명현억제,촉진세포조망。결론:유강탕가통과조절유선증생대서적격소수평,개선궤체내분비배경,사기대자격소적민감성하강,대대서유선증생유명현적억제작용。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Rukangtang use for hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods The models of hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats were established with Estradiol and progesterone, compared Rujieping Capsules group with different doses of Rukangtang group, The height and diameter of nipples were measured, To observe the effects of Rukangtang on serum oestradiol (E2 )、prolactin (PRL) and progesterone (P) ,the expression of ER and PR was examined, observe the proportion of apoptosis of glandular cell in model rats. Results Different doses of Rukangtang could lessen the symptoms of red swelling of nipples or hyperplasia of mammary gland,reduced the number of layers of the ductal epithelial cells and the number of acini. In serum of rats with hyperplasia of mammary gland, estradiol (E2 ) and prolactin (PRL) were reduce, progesterone(P) were in-creased. restrain the expression of ER and PR, promote apoptosis of glandular cell. Conclusion Rukangtang may modulate the levels of serum sex hormones of Rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands, improve the body's en-docrine environment, reduced its sensitivity to estrogen, and restrain the hyperplasia of mammary gland obviously.
