目的:探讨钆贝葡胺增强的磁共振显像应用于兔脾内肝细胞移植示踪的可行性。方法:采用钆贝葡胺作为磁共振显像的顺磁性对比剂,对兔脾内有活性的移植肝细胞进行示踪,并对兔脾进行HE染色。结果:磁共振信号分析显示:平扫时各浓度组信号无增强,延迟期各浓度组均有增强信号,延迟期的信号强度从103组到108组依次增强;平扫时各时段组信号无增强,延迟期各时段组均有信号增强灶,延迟期的信号强度从1天组到32天组逐渐减弱。病理分析显示:各浓度组脾内均可见肝细胞,从103组到108组肝细胞数量依次增加,对照组脾内无肝细胞;各时段组脾内均可见肝细胞,从1d组到32d组肝细胞数量依次递减,对照组脾内无肝细胞。结论:钆贝葡胺增强后延迟期的磁共振显像能够应用于兔脾内肝细胞移植的示踪。
目的:探討釓貝葡胺增彊的磁共振顯像應用于兔脾內肝細胞移植示蹤的可行性。方法:採用釓貝葡胺作為磁共振顯像的順磁性對比劑,對兔脾內有活性的移植肝細胞進行示蹤,併對兔脾進行HE染色。結果:磁共振信號分析顯示:平掃時各濃度組信號無增彊,延遲期各濃度組均有增彊信號,延遲期的信號彊度從103組到108組依次增彊;平掃時各時段組信號無增彊,延遲期各時段組均有信號增彊竈,延遲期的信號彊度從1天組到32天組逐漸減弱。病理分析顯示:各濃度組脾內均可見肝細胞,從103組到108組肝細胞數量依次增加,對照組脾內無肝細胞;各時段組脾內均可見肝細胞,從1d組到32d組肝細胞數量依次遞減,對照組脾內無肝細胞。結論:釓貝葡胺增彊後延遲期的磁共振顯像能夠應用于兔脾內肝細胞移植的示蹤。
목적:탐토구패포알증강적자공진현상응용우토비내간세포이식시종적가행성。방법:채용구패포알작위자공진현상적순자성대비제,대토비내유활성적이식간세포진행시종,병대토비진행HE염색。결과:자공진신호분석현시:평소시각농도조신호무증강,연지기각농도조균유증강신호,연지기적신호강도종103조도108조의차증강;평소시각시단조신호무증강,연지기각시단조균유신호증강조,연지기적신호강도종1천조도32천조축점감약。병리분석현시:각농도조비내균가견간세포,종103조도108조간세포수량의차증가,대조조비내무간세포;각시단조비내균가견간세포,종1d조도32d조간세포수량의차체감,대조조비내무간세포。결론:구패포알증강후연지기적자공진현상능구응용우토비내간세포이식적시종。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of Gadobenate dimeglumine enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of liver cell in the rabbit spleen transplantation the tracer. Methods Gadobenate dimeglu-mine as paramagnetic contrast agent of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI),traced transplanted activity hepato-cytes in the rabbit spleen, and remove the rabbit spleen do HE staining. Results Magnetic resonance signal showed the MRI signal have not enhanced when scan the concentration of various groups. While the signal has enhanced in delay period,the signal strength increased from 103 to 108 group. The MRI signal have not enhanced when scan different day groups. The signal has enhanced in delay period,the strength gradually weakened from 1 day to 32 days group. The pathological results showed liver cells were visible in different concentration groups of spleen, liver cell number increases from 103 to 108 group. Liver cells was not found in the control group. liver cells were visible in different day groups of spleen, liver cell number decreased from 1d to 32d group. Liver cells was not found in the control group in the spleen. Conslusion Magnetic resonance imaging can be used in tracing of hepatocytes transplantation after Gd-BOPTA enhanced delayed phase.
