针对校内师生对通讯信息互通的需求进行分析,本文研究一种管理用户之间通讯信息的新方式--共享通讯录方式。通过互联网这个平台,每个人可以将自己私人通讯录中的部分分组共享给校内的其他用户,从而使得校内的其他用户无需新建即可分享使用这部分通讯信息。可减少每个人的工作量并提高协同工作效率,最重要的是使用户可以得到准确而又全面的通讯信息。文中首先对通讯录信息交流方式进行了研究,在此基础上对共享通讯录软件进行了需求分析和总体设计,提出了软件系统的总体架构、数据库设计、详细设计、数据结构设计。

In this paper, after analysis the demand for the communication between teachers and students under the campus condition, what we studied is an innovative method of management the exchanging information of communication between the users. By a shared platform on the Internet,everyone could easily create a his own contact in this share platform ,after group the contracts he can share some groups with other users who are in campus ,after that without any other work except login into the shared platform these users can get the information about the contracts who are in the groups. This will not only greatly decrease the overall workload of every user to creating the same contacts of each own,but also improve efifciency of address book application,and make it easier for everyone to expend their contacts list,but the most important is that it can make the users get the more accuracy and comprehensive of the communication information.This paper firstly studied the theory of exchanging method between groups.Then the paper worked on the requirement analysis of the“share contract”and the system design,which include the system architecture design,the database design detail design , key data structure.
