目的:研究唾液对Free-edge托槽摩擦力的影响。方法槽沟为0.56 mm ×0.71 mm 的Free-edge方丝弓托槽和直丝弓托槽与4种不锈钢丝(0.45mm和0.50mm圆丝,0.43mm×0.64mm和0.48mm×0.64mm方丝)及2种结扎方式(全翼结扎及中间翼结扎)组合,每种组合分别在干燥和唾液环境中进行摩擦力实验,记录托槽与弓丝间滑动时的摩擦力。结果在全翼结扎时,Free-edge方丝弓托槽和直丝弓托槽在唾液环境中的摩擦力显著高于在干燥环境中的摩擦力(P<0.05);在中间翼结扎时,Free-edge托槽在2种环境中的摩擦力无显著差别;Free-edge托槽结扎中间翼时的摩擦力显著低于结扎全翼时的摩擦力(P<0.01)。结论唾液增加了Free-edge托槽在全翼结扎时的摩擦力。

목적:연구타액대Free-edge탁조마찰력적영향。방법조구위0.56 mm ×0.71 mm 적Free-edge방사궁탁조화직사궁탁조여4충불수강사(0.45mm화0.50mm원사,0.43mm×0.64mm화0.48mm×0.64mm방사)급2충결찰방식(전익결찰급중간익결찰)조합,매충조합분별재간조화타액배경중진행마찰력실험,기록탁조여궁사간활동시적마찰력。결과재전익결찰시,Free-edge방사궁탁조화직사궁탁조재타액배경중적마찰력현저고우재간조배경중적마찰력(P<0.05);재중간익결찰시,Free-edge탁조재2충배경중적마찰력무현저차별;Free-edge탁조결찰중간익시적마찰력현저저우결찰전익시적마찰력(P<0.01)。결론타액증가료Free-edge탁조재전익결찰시적마찰력。
Objective To study the influence of saliva on friction of Free-edge Bracket . Methods Two kinds of Free-edge brackets were used in combination with four different sizes (0 .45 mm and 0 .50 mm round ,0 .43 mm × 0 .64 mm and 0 .48 mm × 0 .64 mm rectangle) of stainless steel arch wires ,and with two kind of ligation methods (ligating middle wings and ligating full six wings ) ,each bracket-wire-ligation combination was test in the dry control condition and in the saliva .Friction was measured by a universal materials testing instrument . Results Greater friction was found in the saliva condition with Free-edge bracket ligated with full six wings (P< 0 .05) ,friction was greater significantly when ligated with six wings than ligated with middle wings (P<0 .01) ,and there was no difference between saliva condition and dry condition when the bracket ligated with middle wings . Conclusion The friction of Free-edge bracket ligated with six wings was increased significantly in the saliva ,and the friction was lower significantly when the bracket was ligated with middle wings .
