目的:探讨男性患者声带息肉的形成与血清中载脂蛋白 A-I (ApoA-I )的相关性。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月期间住院诊断为声带息肉的男性患者为病例组,根据研究对象既往吸烟史将病例组分为吸烟者与不吸烟者。选取同期体检的男性正常人为对照组,测定血清中A po A-I并进行统计学分析。结果男性声带息肉患者血清中ApoA-I值较对照组降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟和不吸烟者中男性声带息肉患者ApoA-I值均较对照组降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析提示ApoA-I与声带息肉呈负相关。结论男性声带息肉患者血清中ApoA-I下降,ApoA-I有抑制声带息肉形成的作用。

목적:탐토남성환자성대식육적형성여혈청중재지단백 A-I (ApoA-I )적상관성。방법선취2010년1월-2012년12월기간주원진단위성대식육적남성환자위병례조,근거연구대상기왕흡연사장병례조분위흡연자여불흡연자。선취동기체검적남성정상인위대조조,측정혈청중A po A-I병진행통계학분석。결과남성성대식육환자혈청중ApoA-I치교대조조강저,차별유통계학의의(P<0.05);흡연화불흡연자중남성성대식육환자ApoA-I치균교대조조강저,차별유통계학의의(P<0.05)。경Logistic회귀분석제시ApoA-I여성대식육정부상관。결론남성성대식육환자혈청중ApoA-I하강,ApoA-I유억제성대식육형성적작용。
Objective To explore the relationship of serum ApoA-I and formation of vocal cord polyps . Methods With a retrospective case-control study ,male inpatients with vocal cord polyps from 2010 January to 2012 December were treated as the case group ,which were divided into smoker group and non smoker group by their history of smoking . The normal males were selected as the control group . The level of serum apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I) were detected and the data were analyzed statistically . Results The level of serum ApoA-I in male patients with vocal cord polyps is lower than that in the con-trol group (P<0 .05) . The level of serum ApoA-I in smoker or non smoker male patients is also lower than that in the control group separately (P< 0 .05) . Logistic regression analysis showed that ApoA-I was negatively correlated with vocal cord polyps . Conclusion The level of serum ApoA-I in vocal cord polyps patients declines . ApoA-I probably inhibits the formation of vocal cord polyp .
