为了缩短车用永磁同步电动机的铁耗计算时间,提出了一种快速计算铁耗的方法,可以通过少量有限元铁耗计算结果推得所有工况下的电机铁耗。根据不同工况下的控制方法求得负载电流,以其作为激励,用有限元方法求解不同工况下的电机磁密和铁耗。分析了电机定转子铁心和磁钢的关键点位置的磁密变化情况,找到了影响电机不同部分铁耗的主要磁密分量及其与负载电流的关系,进而对电机定转子铁心和磁钢铁耗提出了相对应的快速计算方法。快速计算方法利用有限元计算取得某些特定工况的铁耗和重要的曲线及系数,随后经过简单的数学运算就可以求取电机任意工况下的铁耗,显著缩短计算时间。用该法可迅速求得各转速不同工况下的铁耗变化范围,为电机效率和温升计算提供依据。

In order to reduce the time of iron losses evaluation for vehicle-use permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), a fast evaluation method of iron losses was proposed. It could be used to obtain iron losses under full range of operation by several times of iron losses calculation using finite element method (FEM). The load currents under typical operating conditions were first calculated in accordance with the corresponding control strategies. The obtained currents were used in FEM as excitations to calculate magnetic flux density and iron losses. Then the magnetic flux density curves at key points in iron cores of stator and rotor together with permanent magnets were further investigated. It was found that the magnetic inductions at key points were heavily affected by the load current waveforms and play an important role in evaluation of iron losses,based on which fast evaluation methods to calculate iron losses of stator and rotor together with permanent magnets were proposed. The fast evaluation method first employed FEM to obtain iron losses under certain operating conditions and got important curves and coefficients. Combined with simple mathematical operations, the iron losses under full range of operation could be obtained, thus saving time of calculation. The iron losses variation range under full range of operation at different speeds could be fast determined by fast evaluation method. The data of iron losses could be further used to determine the temperature rise and efficiency of PMSM.
