目的：评价乙型肝炎（以下简称乙肝）病毒携带者、急慢性乙肝、乙肝所致肝硬化和肝癌病人的年经济负担。方法：从山东省社区人群和住院治疗的乙肝病毒感染住院病人中选取调查对象问卷调查，获取年费用信息，查阅住院病人病历登录本次住院费用。结果：社区人群非活动性HBsAg携带者、慢性HBsAg携带者、慢性乙肝、乙肝肝硬化的年经济负担为0.81万元、0.90万元、1.20万元、1.15万元和0.96万元；住院病人原发性肝癌、重型乙肝、肝硬化失代偿期、代偿期、慢性乙肝以及急性乙肝的年经济负担分别为37.72万元、13.81万元、15.67万元、14.34万元、12.74万元和6.67万元。结论：乙肝带来沉重的经济负担，需加大住院病人的医疗保险报销比例，积极防控乙肝病毒感染具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
목적：평개을형간염（이하간칭을간）병독휴대자、급만성을간、을간소치간경화화간암병인적년경제부담。방법：종산동성사구인군화주원치료적을간병독감염주원병인중선취조사대상문권조사，획취년비용신식，사열주원병인병력등록본차주원비용。결과：사구인군비활동성HBsAg휴대자、만성HBsAg휴대자、만성을간、을간간경화적년경제부담위0.81만원、0.90만원、1.20만원、1.15만원화0.96만원；주원병인원발성간암、중형을간、간경화실대상기、대상기、만성을간이급급성을간적년경제부담분별위37.72만원、13.81만원、15.67만원、14.34만원、12.74만원화6.67만원。결론：을간대래침중적경제부담，수가대주원병인적의료보험보소비례，적겁방공을간병독감염구유거대적사회효익화경제효익。
objective: To evaluate the economic burden of carrier of hepatitis B virus ( HBV ) , acute and chronic hepatitis B , cirrhosis and liver cancer caused by HBV. Methods: Community people and inpatients with HBV infection are survey by questionnaires to collect the information of yearly cost and hospitalization expenses were collected from the hospital record and patients. Results: The yearly costs of inactive HBsAg carriers , chronic HBsAg carriers , chronic hepatitis B , compensated cirrhosis were 8 100 , 9 000 , 12 000, 11 540 and 9 560 yuan at the community-based level. The yearly economic burden of primary hepatic carcinoma, severe hepatitis B, decompensatedlivercirrhosis, compensatedcirrhosis, chronichepatitisBandacutehepatitisBwere3772000, 138100, 156 700, 143 400, 127 400 and 66 700 yuan. Conclusion: Hepatitis B caused heavy economic burden. It needs to increase the medical insurance reimbursement rate of the inpatients, the positive prevent and control of HBV infection would bring great social and economic benefits.
