近些年随着我国医疗卫生水平的提高以及人们身体健康检查意识的增强,甲状腺癌发病率逐年增高(尤其分化型甲状腺癌占绝大多数约90%以上),因此对于影响分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid carcinoma , DTC )术前检查及指导术后治疗的因素引起了人们的关注和研究。促甲状腺激素(thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH)是促使甲状腺组织细胞生长、增殖的重要因素之一,国内外已有很多研究发现其与分化型甲状腺癌有一定关系。现通过分析、比较、整理、归纳大量近些年 TSH 与 DTC 有关的国内外文献内容,发现大多数临床、细胞、动物实验研究认为 TSH 对于 DTC 术前诊断和术后的预防复发及后期治疗都有很大临床意义。

With the development of medical level and enhancement of the awareness about physical examination,there is an increased morbidity in thyroid cancer (especially differentiated thyroid cancer accounts for the vast majority of about 90%) year by year, so people begin to study preoperative and postoperative treatment. Serum thyroid stimulating hormone is one of the important factors of thyroid tissue growth, proliferation, there is a lot of research founds about the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone and differentiated thyroid carcinoma both at home and abroad. Through analysis, comparison and sorting, induction related literature about serum thyroid stimulating hormone and differentiated thyroid carcinoma, I found that most people support the view that preoperative serum thyroid stimulating hormone can determine differentiated thyroid carcinoma and guide postoperative treatment.
