目的：评价中药白芍总苷（TGP）辅助治疗系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PUBMED和中国期刊网等数据库（2000年1月至2013年8月），收集白芍总苷辅助治疗SLE的随机对照试验，使用Meta分析的方法评价治疗的有效率、复发率、感染率、不良反应、SLE活动指数（SLEDAI）、激素量变化、ESR、CRP、ANA、抗dsDNA、C3、C4等情况。结果共有6篇文献纳入研究。有效率、C3、C4较对照组水平明显提高（P＜0.05），复发率、感染率、不良反应、SLEDAI、激素量、ESR、CRP、ANA、dsDNA较对照组显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论白芍总苷辅助治疗系统性红斑狼疮的有效性和安全性较好。
목적：평개중약백작총감（TGP）보조치료계통성홍반랑창（SLE）적유효성화안전성。방법계산궤검색PUBMED화중국기간망등수거고（2000년1월지2013년8월），수집백작총감보조치료SLE적수궤대조시험，사용Meta분석적방법평개치료적유효솔、복발솔、감염솔、불량반응、SLE활동지수（SLEDAI）、격소량변화、ESR、CRP、ANA、항dsDNA、C3、C4등정황。결과공유6편문헌납입연구。유효솔、C3、C4교대조조수평명현제고（P＜0.05），복발솔、감염솔、불량반응、SLEDAI、격소량、ESR、CRP、ANA、dsDNA교대조조현저강저（P＜0.05）。결론백작총감보조치료계통성홍반랑창적유효성화안전성교호。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine total glucosides of paeony (TGP) in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Published papers on randomized controlled clinical trial on the traditional Chinese medicine TGP used to treat SLE were collected from PUBMED and CNKI, meta-analysis was made to evaluate the efficient, recurrence rate, infection rates, adverse reactions, SLE activity index(SLEDAI), hormone changes, the ESR and CRP, ANA, anti dsDNA, C3, C4. Results Altogether 6 papers are included in the study. Efficient, C3, C4 level than the control group increased significantly(P<0.05), the recurrence rate, infection rate, adverse reactions, SLEDAI, hormone content, the ESR and CRP, ANA, dsDNA was significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion In treating the SLE, TGP adjuvant therapy has better efficacy and safety.
