目的:观察依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法按照随机、双盲、对照原则将120例原发性高血压患者分为A、B、C三组,分别给予依那普利、硝苯地平缓释片及两种药物联合应用治疗,对比三组降压效果及不良反应。结果治疗4周后,A、B组总有效率均显著低于C组(P<0.05);C组SBP和DBP值均明显低于同期A组、B组(P<0.05)。三组患者不良反应均较轻,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片对原发性高血压患者的降压效果明显,不良反应较轻,与单独用药相当,值得推广应用。

목적:관찰의나보리연합초분지평공석편치료원발성고혈압적림상료효급안전성。방법안조수궤、쌍맹、대조원칙장120례원발성고혈압환자분위A、B、C삼조,분별급여의나보리、초분지평완석편급량충약물연합응용치료,대비삼조강압효과급불량반응。결과치료4주후,A、B조총유효솔균현저저우C조(P<0.05);C조SBP화DBP치균명현저우동기A조、B조(P<0.05)。삼조환자불량반응균교경,조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론의나보리연합초분지평공석편대원발성고혈압환자적강압효과명현,불량반응교경,여단독용약상당,치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of enalapril and nifedipine on treatment of essential hypertension. Method According to a randomized, double-blind, controlled principle, 120 patients with essential hypertension were divided into A, B, C groups, patients in each group were given enalapril, nifedipine, and the two drugs in combination therapy individually, the antihypertensive effect and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of group A and B were significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05);SBP and DBP values of group C were significantly lower than that of group A, group B of the same period, the difference were significant(P<0.05). Adverse reactions were mild in all patients, there was no statistical significance among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Enalapril and nifedipine is effective in treating patients with essential hypertension antihypertensive with less adverse reactions, which is quite worthy of popularization and application.
