Objective To explore the public hospital performance appraisal and human resource management relations. Methods Through the establishment of hospital performance evaluation, internal rational distribution system and human resources management system, maximizing people do their best, the best use to play the greatest potential employees. Results Effectively improve the hospital's credible competitiveness of, make the hospital sustainable and healthy development.
