随着高校办学规模和招生规模的不断扩大，我国的高等教育已从过去的精英教育发展为大众教育，随之而来的是大学生就业形势的竞争加剧和日益严峻。为此，作为高校应在不断改善目前职业生涯规划教育的同时，积极地引导大学生增强职业生涯规划意识，注重培养自身的社会创业、就业能力。

With the school size and college enrollment continuing to expand,China’s higher education has transformed from elite education to public education,which leads to the increasingly intense competition for undergraduate on employment market.On one hand,education of career planning need to be innovated continually,on the other hand,college students should strengthen their awareness of career planning,and cultivate the ability of entrepreneur and employment.
