目的:探讨腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复术对内踝皮肤缺损的疗效。方法将2012年2月2013年2月我院内踝皮肤缺损患者36例分为两组各18例,观察组行腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复术,对照组行邻近皮瓣修复术,对比两组术后皮瓣成活情况。结果观察组成活率明显高于对照组,坏死率显著低于对照组,下床平均所用时间、平均住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复术治疗内踝皮肤缺损患者可取良效,术后坏死情况通过及时对症处理能有效治愈。

목적:탐토비장신경영양혈관역행도상피판수복술대내과피부결손적료효。방법장2012년2월2013년2월아원내과피부결손환자36례분위량조각18례,관찰조행비장신경영양혈관역행도상피판수복술,대조조행린근피판수복술,대비량조술후피판성활정황。결과관찰조성활솔명현고우대조조,배사솔현저저우대조조,하상평균소용시간、평균주원시간소우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론비장신경영양혈관역행도상피판수복술치료내과피부결손환자가취량효,술후배사정황통과급시대증처리능유효치유。
Objective To investigate the effect of repair of reversed island flap pedicled with nutrient vessels of sural nerve in treatment of medial malleolus skin defects. Methods Chosed 36 patients with skin defect from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital, with the families and the patients agreed and signed the informed consent, 36 patients were divided into observation group(18 cases) and control group(18 cases), observation group with repair underwent sural neurocutaneous island flap, control group with adjacent flap repair, compared postoperative flap survival in two groups. Results The survival rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, the necrosis rate was significantly lower than control group(P <0.05);the average time to get out of bed in control group, the average hospitalization time was lower than observation group(P <0.05). Conclusion Repair of reversed island flap pedicled with nutrient vessels of sural nerve by patients with medial malleolusskin defect, can obtain good effect, postoperative necrosis through timely symptomatic treatment can effectively cure.
