对农产品中残留农药的降解去除方法进行了综述。介绍了残留农药的降解去除方法,主要有生物降解法、物理方法和化学方法。其中生物降解包括微生物、基因工程菌和酶催化法;物理方法包括清洗法、吸附法、超声波法等;化学方法有氧化法和光化学降解法。化学方法虽具有较好的降解效果,但可能会造成环境的二次污染;物理方法简单、易操作,但主要针对果蔬表面农药残留;生物法安全无毒,但耗时较长、成本较高。同时提出农产品中农药残留去除应从单一途径向多种途径并用、高效、环保、安全的方向发展。

This article summarized the methods of degradation and removing of residual pesticide in agricultural products. The main methods have biological degradation methods ,physical methods and chemical methods. Biological degradation methods include microbe ,gene engineering bacterium and enzyme catalysis method. Physical methods include cleaning method, adsorption method, ultrasonic method, etc. Chemical methods include oxidation and light chemical degradation method. Although chemical methods have better degradation effect, but may cause secondary pollution of the environment. Physical methods are simple ,easy to operate, but mainly for fruit and vegetable surface pesticide residue. Biological methods are safe and non-toxic , but time consuming and high cost. Moreover the direction of research on the methods of removing pesticide residues in agricultural products is developed from a single approach to the many kinds of ways and efficient ,environmental protection,safety.
