分子印迹聚合物具有高选择性、稳定性和实用性等特点,在复杂基质分离中具有良好的发展前景,近几年在生物样品中的应用尤为受到人们关注。概述了表面印迹技术的一些研究进展,重点介绍了蛋白质表面印迹聚合物的合成条件、识别机理和蛋白质的检测方法,最后对该技术目前存在的问题以及应用前景进行了探讨。
分子印跡聚閤物具有高選擇性、穩定性和實用性等特點,在複雜基質分離中具有良好的髮展前景,近幾年在生物樣品中的應用尤為受到人們關註。概述瞭錶麵印跡技術的一些研究進展,重點介紹瞭蛋白質錶麵印跡聚閤物的閤成條件、識彆機理和蛋白質的檢測方法,最後對該技術目前存在的問題以及應用前景進行瞭探討。

Molecularly imprinted polymers have good development prospect in the separation of complex matrix with their high selectivity, stability and usability. In recent years, the application of biological samples was particularly concerned. Research achievements on surface imprinted technique , particularly regarding the synthesis conditions, the mechanism of recognition and protein detection methods were reviewed. At last, the main problems and the prospect of application were also discussed in this paper.
