利用自主研制的聚吡咯修饰电极测定植物油中VE的含量，通过对检测过程中称量、玻璃量器、标准曲线、电极以及回收率等影响不确定度的因素进行分析，计算不确定度。结果表明，VE检测结果为258.18 mg/kg的油样，其相对标准不确定度为7.36 mg/kg，相对扩展不确定度为5.7%，不确定度主要由a类不确定度与玻璃量器的不确定度引起。
이용자주연제적취필각수식전겁측정식물유중VE적함량，통과대검측과정중칭량、파리량기、표준곡선、전겁이급회수솔등영향불학정도적인소진행분석，계산불학정도。결과표명，VE검측결과위258.18 mg/kg적유양，기상대표준불학정도위7.36 mg/kg，상대확전불학정도위5.7%，불학정도주요유a류불학정도여파리량기적불학정도인기。
We used the independently developed electrode modified by polypyrrole , to determine the content of vitamin E in vegetable oil. The uncertainty was calculated by analysing the affecting factors in the detection process, such as weighing, glass container, standard curve, electrodes, recovery, and so on. The results indicated that, the oil sample whose vitamin E test results was 258.18 mg/kg, was 7.36 mg/kg for the relative standard uncertainty and 5.7%for the relative expanded uncertainty , and the uncertainty was mainly caused by type A uncertainty and uncertainty of the glass container.
