研究降脂颗粒浸膏总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。通过正交试验设计,以浸膏总黄酮含量作为指标,考察提取时间、料液比、提取次数对降脂颗粒浸膏总黄酮含量的影响,确定了降脂颗粒浸膏的最佳提取工艺。降脂颗粒浸膏总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间为1.5 h,料液比为1∶10,提取次数为3次。此工艺稳定可靠,操作简便。

To study optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in the lipid-lowering granules extract. By designing orthogonal experimental, regarded the content of total flavoniods in the lipid-lowering granules extract as an indicator, investigated how the time of extraction, solid-liquid ratio, extraction times affect the content of total flavonoids in the lipid-lowering granules extract and determined an optimum extraction process of total flavonilds in the lipid-lowering granules extract. The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in the lipid-lowering granules extract:the time of extraction was 1.5 hours, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10, extraction times was 3. This process was stable and reliable, easy to operate, providing the reference for industrial production.
