根据益生菌筛选的常规方法和芽孢杆菌的判断标准,从健康动物肠道中分离出30株耐热菌株。经过耐胆酸盐试验3 g/L,耐胃液、肠液试验得到一株具有优良性状的芽孢杆菌LB8。经形态学和生理生化反应鉴定,确定LB8为地衣芽孢杆菌,命名为Bacillus licheniformis LB8。

Based on conventional methods and criteria, 30 strains were separated from intestinal of healthy animals. After the 3 g/L bile salt resistance test, gastric juice, intestinal juice test , it was found that the strain of Bacillus LB8 was with excellent tolerance ability. Under the morphological , physiological and biochemical test, the LB8 was determined for Bacillus licheniformis, and named as Bacillus licheniformis LB8.
