[目的]总结丁彩飞教授治疗胚胎移植术后妊娠早期先兆流产经验。[方法]分别从辨病辨证、遣方用药、内外合治等方面总结丁彩飞教授治疗本病经验。[结论]丁彩飞教授临证强调辨证结合辨病，活用单方辅以复方，巧用外治配合内治。[结论]丁彩飞教授自拟益肾安宫1号方、益肾安宫2号方、助眠协定方等治疗胚胎移植术后妊娠早期先兆流产及其兼症，疗效显著，为临床用药提供了参考。
[목적]총결정채비교수치료배태이식술후임신조기선조유산경험。[방법]분별종변병변증、견방용약、내외합치등방면총결정채비교수치료본병경험。[결론]정채비교수림증강조변증결합변병，활용단방보이복방，교용외치배합내치。[결론]정채비교수자의익신안궁1호방、익신안궁2호방、조면협정방등치료배태이식술후임신조기선조유산급기겸증，료효현저，위림상용약제공료삼고。
[Objective] To summarize the experience of professor Ding Caifei in treating threatened abortion happened on IVF-ET early pregnancy. [Method] Discussed from identified syndromes, herbal prescription, and other aspects.[Result] When treating Professor Ding Caifei emphasizes on the com-bination of syndrome differentiation and disease. She is experienced in using single herb for adjuvant therapy and combing internal to external treatment flexibly. [Conclusion] Professor Ding Caifei has obtained good curative effect in treating threatened abortion happened on IVF-ET early pregnancy ,pro-viding reference for clinical reference.
