目的:研究辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)的影响。方法将160例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和试验组;对照组给予基础降糖药或胰岛素治疗,试验组在基础降糖药或胰岛素治疗的基础上给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后血浆NPY水平变化。结果试验组患者的总有效率(78.25%)明显高于对照组(61.25%),P<0.05;两组患者治疗后尿白蛋白和血浆NPY含量均显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀具有明显降低血浆NPY含量的作用,能改善2型糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白,有助于延缓肾病进展。

목적:연구신벌타정대2형당뇨병신병환자혈장신경태Y(NPY)적영향。방법장160례2형당뇨병신병환자수궤분위대조조화시험조;대조조급여기출강당약혹이도소치료,시험조재기출강당약혹이도소치료적기출상급여신벌타정치료,관찰비교량조적치료효과급치료전후혈장NPY수평변화。결과시험조환자적총유효솔(78.25%)명현고우대조조(61.25%),P<0.05;량조환자치료후뇨백단백화혈장NPY함량균현저강저(P<0.05),차시험조명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론신벌타정구유명현강저혈장NPY함량적작용,능개선2형당뇨병신병환자적뇨단백,유조우연완신병진전。
Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on plasma NPY in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Meth-ods A total of 160 cases with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The subjects in control group received basic treatment of hypoglycemic drug or insulin. The subjects in experimental group received basic treat-ment as control group and combined with simvastatin. The 1evels of NPY were measured before and after treatment. The therapeu-tic effects of two groups were observed too. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group (78.25%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (61.25%),P<0.05. After treatment, the levels of urine albumin and plasma NPY were de-creased greatly (P<0.05), and the extent in experimental group was greater than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sim-vastatin has a significant role in reducing plasma NPY and urine albumin concentration in type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and may help to slow down the process of diabetic nephropathy.
