目的：研究电针对Ⅰ型超敏反应模型大鼠的疗效。方法：将实验大鼠随机平均分成4组（每组为10只），分别为空白对照组、电针组、模型组、阳性药物组，通过卵白蛋白造成Ⅰ型超敏反应动物模型，模型建立后各组给予相应治疗，采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清中组胺（ HA）及前列腺素E2（ PGE2）含量，采用录像回放对大鼠的搔抓次数进行统计。结果：与模型组大鼠比较，电针组大鼠搔抓次数显著减少（P＜0．01），血清中组胺及前列腺素E2含量显著降低（P＜0．01），有显著性差异，电针组和阳性药物组比较无显著差异（ P＞0．05）。结论：电针对I型超敏反应模型中大鼠有一定疗效。
목적：연구전침대Ⅰ형초민반응모형대서적료효。방법：장실험대서수궤평균분성4조（매조위10지），분별위공백대조조、전침조、모형조、양성약물조，통과란백단백조성Ⅰ형초민반응동물모형，모형건립후각조급여상응치료，채용ELISA법측정대서혈청중조알（ HA）급전렬선소E2（ PGE2）함량，채용록상회방대대서적소조차수진행통계。결과：여모형조대서비교，전침조대서소조차수현저감소（P＜0．01），혈청중조알급전렬선소E2함량현저강저（P＜0．01），유현저성차이，전침조화양성약물조비교무현저차이（ P＞0．05）。결론：전침대I형초민반응모형중대서유일정료효。
Objective:To research the effects of electroacupuncture on inhibiting type I hypersensitivity for model rats.Methods:The experimental rats were randomly divided into four groups ( each group with 10 rats) , and they were normal group , model group , positive medicine group and electroacupuncture group .Through the ovalbumin type I hypersensitivity animal models were induced ,after the establishment of the model group it was given corresponding treatment .ELISA method was used for determination of rats'histamine ( HA) and prostaglan-din E2(PGE2) content in serum,and the video playback was to calculate the rats'scratching frequency statis-tics.Results:Compared with the model group , the electroacupuncture group had significantly reduced the num-ber of scratching ( P <0 .01 ) , and the histamine and prostaglandin E 2 content significantly reduced in serum ( P<0.01 ) .They had a significant difference ,and electroacupuncture group and positive medicine group were no significant difference ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture for type I hypersensitivity reaction model of rats has a certain curative effect .
