This paper introduces a kind of special micro-processor which is composed of dc power metering chip two-way electricity measurement instrument, to achieve the full digital electric power measure and communications, and analyzes in detail the structure of the system and design principles in practice, and finds the reasonable solution. The experimental results show that the device to measure the accuracy of dc motor for can reach to 1%, the actual loading operation is stable and reliable.
