针对换电模式下电动汽车采用里程计费存在的明显不足,提出一种电动汽车电池充放电电能量计量方案,并研发成功直流电能计量模块及车载终端。通过在电动汽车快换电池箱中安装直流电能计量模块,对电池组实时数据进行测量,实现电池充放电电能量的精确计量;车载终端通过CAN总线与电池箱进行通信,实现信息交互查看。经测试,本方案所研发的直流电能计量模块准确度达0.5级,计量模块和车载终端均经过实际的车载测试,可靠性较高,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Considering the disadvantages of mileage billing for electric vehicles under exchanging battery mode, a pow-er measurement method for electric vehicles was proposed in this paper. Accordingly, DC power measurement module and vehicle terminal were developed. By installing DC power measurement module in the battery box of electric vehi-cles, real-time parameters of battery were acquired. As a result, accurate measurement of battery power could be real-ized. On the other hand, vehicle terminal communicated with battery box through CAN bus, providing interactive in-formation view. The DC power measurement module and vehicle terminal are verified and tested under operation mode, which achieve accuracy class 0. 5, and meanwhile, show good reliability and high practical value.
