电能计量对电力能源管理来说尤为重要,其中作为最主要的电计量单位智能电能表,它的质量直接关系到供用电双方的可靠性、安全性以及经济性。同时,对智能电能表进行可靠性预计是电力企业和电能表生产厂家共同关注的问题,本文通过从元器件应力法的概念、预计依据、以及可靠性模型等方面重点讨论了元器件应力法在智能电能表可靠性预计技术中的应用;同时针对某厂家的某一型号的智能电能表进行了全面可靠性预计,并对预计结果进行了可靠的预计。

Electricity measurement is particularly important for electric power energy management, including intelligent energy meter as the main electricity metering unit, it directly related to the quality of power supply reliability, security and economy of both sides. At the same time, the reliability prediction was carried out on the intelligent watt-hour meter is the electric power enterprise and energy meter manufacturer common concerns, in this paper, from the con-cept of component stress method, the basis, and the reliability model is expected to focus on the components stress method in the application of intelligent watt-hour meter reliability prediction technology;at the same time in a factory of a certain type of intelligent watt-hour meter has carried on the comprehensive reliability prediction, and the esti-mated results were reliable.
