目的:了解护士长时间管理倾向现状。方法:采用横断面调查法,使用时间管理倾向量表对388名护士长进行问卷调查。结果:时间管理倾向高水平的护士长216名(占55.67%),中等水平的护士长172名(占44.33%),无低水平者;时间监控观维度得分最低;不同科室护士长在时间价值感维度方面的得分存在统计学差异(P<0.05);不同学历、任职年限、任职岗位护士长在时间监控观维度方面的得分存在统计学差异(P<0.05);不同学历护士长在时间效能感维度方面的得分存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护士长时间监控能力有待提高,开展护士长时间管理培训非常必要。

Objective: To describe the status of time management disposition among the head nurses. Methods: Totally 388 head nurses in the level-three class-A hospitals of Chengdu were investigated by Time Management Disposition scale. Results: There were 216 (accounting for 55.67%) head nurses with high level scores, 172 (accounting for 44.33%) with moderate levels, and none with low levels. The scores of Time Control Ability dimension were lowest. The scores of Time Value Feeling dimension have statistical signiifcance due to departments; the scores of Time Control Ability have statistical signiifcance due to education degree, working time and position; the scores of Time Efifcacy have statistical signiifcance due to education degree (P<0.05). Conclusion: Time control ability of the head nurses should be improved, and it is necessary to carry out time management training for the head nurses.
