目的：了解晚期癌症患者希望水平，探讨希望水平与应对方式、生活质量之间的相关性。方法：采用希望量表（HHI）、医学应对问卷（MCMQ）、癌症治疗功能评价系统-共性模块（FACT-G)对193例晚期癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果：晚期癌症患者希望水平总分为（29.41±8.89)分，总体处于中低水平；希望总体与面对、屈服应对呈正相关，与回避应对呈负相关；与生活质量总体及生理、情感、功能状况呈正相关。结论：晚期癌症患者希望水平较低，其程度影响患者采取的应对方式及生活质量，护理人员在临终护理过程中应对患者的希望水平进行干预，并指导其采取适当的应对方式，以提高晚期癌症患者的整体生活质量。
목적：료해만기암증환자희망수평，탐토희망수평여응대방식、생활질량지간적상관성。방법：채용희망량표（HHI）、의학응대문권（MCMQ）、암증치료공능평개계통-공성모괴（FACT-G)대193례만기암증환자진행문권조사。결과：만기암증환자희망수평총분위（29.41±8.89)분，총체처우중저수평；희망총체여면대、굴복응대정정상관，여회피응대정부상관；여생활질량총체급생리、정감、공능상황정정상관。결론：만기암증환자희망수평교저，기정도영향환자채취적응대방식급생활질량，호리인원재림종호리과정중응대환자적희망수평진행간예，병지도기채취괄당적응대방식，이제고만기암증환자적정체생활질량。
Objective: To explore the relationship between hope, coping style and quality of life among advanced cancer patients. Methods: A total of 193 patients with advanced cancer were recruited and investigated by the Herth Hope Index (HHI), Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ), and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General module (FACT-G). Results: The mean score of HHI was 29.41±8.89, which was in a low-medium level. The score of HHI was positively correlated to the confrontation and resignation of coping style and the total score and each subscale (psychological, emotional and functional status) of quality of life; and was negatively correlated to avoidance of coping style. Conclusions: The level of hope among advanced cancer patients is low and this could affect their coping style and quality of life. Nurses should take the effective measures to improve the hope level of advanced cancer patients in order to improve their quality of life.
