目的:了解护士述情障碍和职业压力的现状,明确两者之间的相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、多伦多述情障碍量表和护士职业压力问卷对温岭市某医院255名护士进行调查。结果:①护士述情障碍总分为(52.35±8.24)分;职业压力总分为(26.32±4.63)分,均处于较高水平;②Pearson相关分析显示,护士述情障碍各因子得分与职业压力各方面得分均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);③分层回归分析显示,护士识别情感障碍、描述情感障碍及外向性思维均为影响护士职业压力的重要因素。结论:护理管理者可通过改善护士述情障碍水平来减轻护士职业压力。

Objective: To explore the correlation between alexithymia and occupational stress in nurses. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 255 nurses.The general information questionnaire, Toronto alexithymia scale and the nurse occupation stress questionnaire were used to collect dada. Results:①The total scores of alexithymia and nurse occupational stress were 52.35±8.24 and 26.32±4.63 respectly.②Pearson correlation showed that the score of each dimension of alexithymia was positively correlated with the score of each dimension of nurse occupational stress (P<0.05).③Hierarchical regression analysis revealed affective disorder of recognition, affective disorder of description and extroverted thinking were contributing factors of nurse occupational stress. Conclusion: Nursing administrators could reduce nurse occupational stress by improving alexithymia level.
