目的：观察肝泰合剂联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效。方法：选择分期为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的原发性肝癌患者74例，随机分为治疗组（射频、肝泰合剂治疗）38例，对照组（射频、谷胱甘肽治疗）36例。结果：治疗组有效率（CR+PR）71.05%，对照组58.33%（P＜0.05）；治疗组AFP下降程度优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗组临床主症改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗12个月、24个月的生存率治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：肝泰合剂联合射频消融治疗肝癌，可以有效改善患者症状，增强机体的细胞免疫功能，提高生存质量，延长生存期。
목적：관찰간태합제연합사빈소융치료원발성간암적근기료효。방법：선택분기위Ⅱ、Ⅲ기적원발성간암환자74례，수궤분위치료조（사빈、간태합제치료）38례，대조조（사빈、곡광감태치료）36례。결과：치료조유효솔（CR+PR）71.05%，대조조58.33%（P＜0.05）；치료조AFP하강정도우우대조조（P＜0.01）；치료조림상주증개선정도우우대조조（P＜0.01）；치료12개월、24개월적생존솔치료조고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：간태합제연합사빈소융치료간암，가이유효개선환자증상，증강궤체적세포면역공능，제고생존질량，연장생존기。
Objective To observe the short-term effects of Chinese Medicine Gan-tai mixture (肝泰合剂) in combination with radiofrequency ablation to treat HCC. Methods 74 patients with HCC Ⅱ, Ⅲ stage were reviewed. The patients were divided into two groups randomly, 38 patients given Gan-tai mixture (肝泰合剂) in combination with radiofrequency ablation in treatment group, and 36 patients given Glutathione in combination with radiofrequency ablation in control group respectively. Results In comparison with control group, the ther-apy efficiency of treatment group(CR+PR)71.05% was strikingly higher than control group 58.33%(P<0.05). Besides, the decreasing rate of AFP in treatment group was also more obvious than control group (P<0.01). Further more, the main clinical symptoms of treatment group ameliorated much better than control group(P<0.01). Finally, after 12-month and 24-month therapy the survival rate of treatment group was higher than con-trol group conspicuously(P<0.05). Conclusion Gan-tai mixture (肝泰合剂) in combination with radiofre-quency ablation could not only ameliorate clinical symptoms of patients effectively, but also enhance immunity function of cells, and improve life quality and life span. In summary, it could serve as one of the effective thera-pies for treatment of advanced HCC patients.
