Passing the building deformation monitor has been gained observer data,because of constructing or operation rea-son, no condition built observation pier of forced centering;using the traditional platting mounted survey maker, factors of manual operation and external environment can cause data of inaccuracy,this paper introduces a new deformation observation device now,which raised the precision of a deformation observation and can make the security assessment for buildings,have resolved a problem of a long-term besetment in the engineering monitor field.
