建筑物施工过程中需要通过变形监测获取观测数据，由于施工或运营的缘故，往往没有条件浇筑强制归心观测墩，而用传统测量来架设测量觇标，则人为及外界环境等因素容易使监测数据产生较大误差。介绍一种新型变形监测装置，提高了变形监测的精度，可对建筑物进行安全评估，解决了这一长期困扰工程监测领域的难题。

Passing the building deformation monitor has been gained observer data,because of constructing or operation rea-son, no condition built observation pier of forced centering;using the traditional platting mounted survey maker, factors of manual operation and external environment can cause data of inaccuracy,this paper introduces a new deformation observation device now,which raised the precision of a deformation observation and can make the security assessment for buildings,have resolved a problem of a long-term besetment in the engineering monitor field.
