目的了解泪阜在下泪小管断裂中的定位意义.方法测量泪小管近侧断端与泪阜的水平和垂直距离关系.结果下泪小管近侧断端大多位于泪阜下方1 mm以内,鼻侧2 mm以内,而且存在泪道断端被泪阜遮盖的可能.结论以泪阜作为定位参照,对于经外路的泪小管吻合术有助于进一步提高手术成功率.

Objective To research the value of orienting with lacrimal caruncle in repair of lacrimal of canaliculus.Methods The distance between the nosal points of lacrimal of canaliculus and lacrimal caruncle was measured horizontally and vertically.Results Great majority of the nosal points of lacrimal of canaliculus were smaller than lmm below lacrimal caruncle,and smaller than 2rmm to lacrimal caruncle in nasalis,and the nosal points of lacrimal of canaliculus might be recovered by lacrimal caruncle.Conclusions Orienting with lacrimal caruncle is favorable for lacrimal of canaliculus.
