目的：探讨疾病管理对骨质疏松性骨折防治的效果。方法：88例骨质疏松症患者中45例为未发生骨折的骨质疏松症患者(骨质疏松症组),43例为骨质疏松同时已发生第一次骨折患者(合并骨折组),两组各自又随机分为对照组和观察组两个亚组。观察亚组应用疾病管理模式处理,对照亚组应用传统模式处理。比较各亚组年龄、性别、文化程度分布,对骨质疏松症有关知识的掌握情况、治疗措施依从性及治疗后12个月骨折发生率和骨密度 T 值。结果：各亚组在性别、年龄及文化程度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两观察亚组对骨质疏松症知识掌握情况、治疗措施依从性均优于对照亚组(P<0.05),治疗后12个月骨折发生率较对照亚组降低,骨密度 T 值较对照亚组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论：通过疾病管理模式处理骨质疏松症患者可明显降低骨质疏松性骨折的发生率。
목적：탐토질병관리대골질소송성골절방치적효과。방법：88례골질소송증환자중45례위미발생골절적골질소송증환자(골질소송증조),43례위골질소송동시이발생제일차골절환자(합병골절조),량조각자우수궤분위대조조화관찰조량개아조。관찰아조응용질병관리모식처리,대조아조응용전통모식처리。비교각아조년령、성별、문화정도분포,대골질소송증유관지식적장악정황、치료조시의종성급치료후12개월골절발생솔화골밀도 T 치。결과：각아조재성별、년령급문화정도간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；량관찰아조대골질소송증지식장악정황、치료조시의종성균우우대조아조(P<0.05),치료후12개월골절발생솔교대조아조강저,골밀도 T 치교대조아조승고(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론：통과질병관리모식처리골질소송증환자가명현강저골질소송성골절적발생솔。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of disease management in prevention and cure of the osteoporotic frac-tures.Method:88 patients with osteoporosis were discussed in this study.45 patients without osteoporotic fractures were assigned to osteoporosis group,and the others who have suffered first osteoporosis fractures were assigned to osteoporotic fractures group.The patients of each group were randomly assigned to observer subgroup and control subgroup.The observer subgroup was processed by disease management mode,while the control subgroup was pro-cessed by traditional mode.The patients of each subgroup were compared with age,sex,education level,osteopo-rotic knowledge,compliance of treatment,incidence rates of fractures and T values of bone mineral density after 1 2 months treatment.Results:Age,sex and education level of all patients in each subgroup showed no significant difference (P>0.05);But the patients of each observer subgroup grasped more osteoporosis knowledge,had better compliance,had less incidence rates of fractures and improved more T values of bone mineral density than the con-trol subgroup (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The osteoporotic patients who were processed by disease manage-ment approach have less incidence rates of osteoporotic fractures.
