目的：探讨在新一轮医院等级评审制度下，医院绩效管理的必要性。方法结合对新医院等级评审要求的理解，对医院绩效管理普遍存在的问题进行剖析，对绩效管理的顶层设计和实施路径提出建议。结果新一轮医院等级评审为绩效管理提供了新的平台，挑战和机遇并存。结论实施绩效管理，提高医院管理的科学化水平已成为当前医院管理者必须面对的重要课题。

목적：탐토재신일륜의원등급평심제도하，의원적효관리적필요성。방법결합대신의원등급평심요구적리해，대의원적효관리보편존재적문제진행부석，대적효관리적정층설계화실시로경제출건의。결과신일륜의원등급평심위적효관리제공료신적평태，도전화궤우병존。결론실시적효관리，제고의원관리적과학화수평이성위당전의원관리자필수면대적중요과제。
Objective:To discuss the necessity of hospital performance management under the new hospital accreditation system. Methods:Given the requirements of the new hospital accreditation system, analyze the general issues in the hospital performance management, and make recommendations on the top-level design and implementation path of performance management. Results:The new hospital accreditation system provides a new platform for the performance management, both a challenge and a good chance. Conclusion:It has been an importance project for hospital administrators to carry out the performance management and advance the level of scientific management.
