As an important part of building structure, deform-ation capacity of shear wal needs to meet the need of plastic hinge rotation. Based on the plastic hinge angle demand in the analysis of shear wal , this paper makes an in-depth study on the design method of deformation capacity, in order to improve the shear deformation.
