Intrinsic safety technology is widely used in production process of oil, chemical industry, coal mining and so on, many kinds of new intrinsic safety equipments are applied in the dangerous environment. This paper discussed intrinsically safe circuit design method and spark safety assessment method based on the related standards to strengthen the function, improve safety performance, and shorten the certiifcation period of instrument.
