智能对线器语音传输系统在编码技术上以13kQCELP为基础,采用分数基音搜索算法和自相关固定码本搜索算法来提高语音处理速度和合成语音质量。在硬件电路上以C8051F020为通信控制核心、以TMS320VC5509A为数据处理核心,并在单片机和DSP之间以HPI模式快速传递数据。仿真分析和语音测试的结果表明,该系统在低编码速率下获得了较高质量的合成语音,能够实现低延时、高效率的语音通信。

For the convenience of workers of power workplace in the use of intelligent line-check device on speech communication, a speech transmission system is designed on the base of the intelligent line-check device. Based on the coding technique of 13kQCELP, the system improves the speech processing speed and the quality of reconstruction speech through the adoption of fractional pitch search algorithm and the search algorithm of autocorrelation ifxed codebook. In the hardware circuit design of this system C8051F020 and TMS320VC5509A are used as communication control core and data processing core respectively. Data is transmitted fastly between MCU and DSP in the mode of HPI. The results of simulation analysis and voice test show that the communication speech system attains high quality reconstruction speech at a low code rate and achieve low delay and high efifcient speech communication.
