选用不同的降温速率,对1 Cr5 Mo钢进行退火处理,并测试其相关的组织变化及对力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着降温速率的降低,1 Cr5 Mo钢抗拉强度、屈服强度及布氏硬度逐渐降低,延伸率逐渐升高。降温速率为50℃/h时,试样各项力学性能指标较为优良,可为1Cr5Mo钢在实际工程应用中的热处理、热加工性能方面的基础研究提供一定的参考。

By chooseing different annealing treatment cooling rate on 1Cr5Mo steel,the related microstruc-ture change and its influence on mechanical properties were tested .The results showed that with the lower of the cooling rate ,tensile strength ,yield strength and brinell hardness of 1 Cr5 Mo steel gradually reduce , elongation increased .Cooling rate of 50 ℃/h,the mechanical performance is relatively good .It may pro-vide a certain reference for 1Cr5Mo heat treatment and hot working performance in practical engineering applications of basic research .
