利用G函数，直接陈述经济体内农业的市场成分和固定数量，从而给出该农业的一个局部均衡的一般初始结构。这些成为进行分析和讨论的出发点，进而在这个出发点下，定义自由贸易与关税壁垒的数值差别，得出有关的具体描述结构，然后根据有关定理就此展开分析和讨论。

Starting with G function, it has given the primary structure for part-general equilibrium, in which the components of market and the fixed quantity are directly stated. Therefore the part-general equilibrium model becomes the starting point, where the difference be-tween free trade and tariff barriers in terms of numerical value is defined. From this point, the analysis and discussion are developed in this paper employing those laws and theorems in economics, during which the related representations were expressed specifically.
