Based on the experience of qualified personnel for real estate industry in developed country,we are exploring the education model which is linking up the bachelor certificate with profession certificate in Jiangxi University of Finance &Economics.This paper puts forward the scheme of linking up the bachelor certificate with profession certificate for qualified personnel in real estate industry,and summarizes the education characteristics and its application.
