物流管理专业是一个应用型很强的专业，经济的快速发展大大增加了对物流管理人才的需求，尤其是物流管理的技能型人才。文中在研究我国物流产业人才供需不平衡的状况的基础上，分析了我国物流管理技能型人才的理论知识和实践能力的素质要求，进而探讨了技能型人才应该具备的能力结构，从而提出了针对我国中、高职物流管理专业技能型人才培养方案的建设性意见。
