目的：探讨急诊手术治疗肱骨髁上骨折患儿围手术期护理体会。方法选取我院在2012年1月至2014年1月行急诊手术治疗的肱骨髁上骨折患儿60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组行常规护理，观察组给予整个围手术期护理，并比较两组疼痛度以及并发症情况。结果观察组疼痛度评分以及并发症发生率均明显小于对照组，且P<0.05。结论加强对行急诊手术治疗的肱骨髁上骨折患儿的围手术期护理，对降低患儿的疼痛程度，减少并发症发生，促进恢复具有显著作用。
목적：탐토급진수술치료굉골과상골절환인위수술기호리체회。방법선취아원재2012년1월지2014년1월행급진수술치료적굉골과상골절환인60례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조행상규호리，관찰조급여정개위수술기호리，병비교량조동통도이급병발증정황。결과관찰조동통도평분이급병발증발생솔균명현소우대조조，차P<0.05。결론가강대행급진수술치료적굉골과상골절환인적위수술기호리，대강저환인적동통정도，감소병발증발생，촉진회복구유현저작용。
Objective To investigate the emergency operation for the treatment of hum eral supracondylar fracture in children with perioperation period nursing experience.Methods In our hospital in 2012 January to 2014 January condyle of humerus underwent emergency operation treatment on the fracture in 60 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group were given throughout the perioperation period nursing, and com pared between the two groups of pain and complications.Results Inthe observation group,painscore and complication rates were significantly lower than that of control group, and the P<0.05.Conclusion To strengthen the treatment of humerus underwent emergency operation on perioperation period nursing of children with fracture of children,reduce pain,reduce com plications,promote significantly recovered.
