在控制Al2 O3/SiO2摩尔比为1∶(3~4)时,通过改变钾长石和高岭土的含量,考察钾长石和高岭土含量以及外加锆黄和紫金土对釉面的影响。实验结果表明:当配方组成为(质量%):钾长石48.5,高岭土29.9,石灰石22.6,石英13.5,最佳工艺参数为:烧成温度1280℃,保温时间20 min时,得到了光泽度为8.6%,白度为74.5%的高温无光釉。
在控製Al2 O3/SiO2摩爾比為1∶(3~4)時,通過改變鉀長石和高嶺土的含量,攷察鉀長石和高嶺土含量以及外加鋯黃和紫金土對釉麵的影響。實驗結果錶明:噹配方組成為(質量%):鉀長石48.5,高嶺土29.9,石灰石22.6,石英13.5,最佳工藝參數為:燒成溫度1280℃,保溫時間20 min時,得到瞭光澤度為8.6%,白度為74.5%的高溫無光釉。
재공제Al2 O3/SiO2마이비위1∶(3~4)시,통과개변갑장석화고령토적함량,고찰갑장석화고령토함량이급외가고황화자금토대유면적영향。실험결과표명:당배방조성위(질량%):갑장석48.5,고령토29.9,석회석22.6,석영13.5,최가공예삼수위:소성온도1280℃,보온시간20 min시,득도료광택도위8.6%,백도위74.5%적고온무광유。
Controlling Al2 O3/SiO2 molar ratio of 1∶ (3~4) ,effects of the potash feldspar and kaolin ,and the additives such as zirconium yellow and purple soil on high -temperature matt glaze were studied ,The results showed that when the glaze composition such as potassium feldspar 48 .5 ,kaolin 29 .9 ,limestone22 .6 ,dolomite limestone 14 .5 ,quartz 13 .5 ,was fired at 1 280 ℃ for 20 minutes ,the gloss and whiteness of the high -temperature mat glaze were 8 .6% and 74 .5% ,re-spectively .
