目的：评价阻抗子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：异常子宫出血患者63例，术后随访3-12个月。评价该方法的闭经率、有效率、手术时间、并发症发生率和术后恢复情况等。结果：术后半年闭经率为43.6%，术后一年为76.5%，手术时间平均为94.5秒，出血量约11.5ml，手术有效率为98.3%。结论：阻抗子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血安全、有效，操作简单，患者痛苦轻，康复快，值得推广。

목적：평개조항자궁내막거제술치료이상자궁출혈적림상료효。방법：이상자궁출혈환자63례，술후수방3-12개월。평개해방법적폐경솔、유효솔、수술시간、병발증발생솔화술후회복정황등。결과：술후반년폐경솔위43.6%，술후일년위76.5%，수술시간평균위94.5초，출혈량약11.5ml，수술유효솔위98.3%。결론：조항자궁내막거제술치료이상자궁출혈안전、유효，조작간단，환자통고경，강복쾌，치득추엄。
Objective:To analyze the effectment of NovaSure endometrial ablation for treatment of dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage. Methods:63 patients were fol owed 6-12monthes those were commit ed NovaSure ablation, and were retrospectively analyzed the amenorrhoea rate, effectivity,surgery time,complication,and recoverment of this method. Results:At an half year fol ow-up, 43.6%of evaluable patients reported amenorrhea.,and at a year fol ow-up,the rate was 76.5%. The average surgery time was 94.5 seconds,operation blood was 11.5ml, effective rate was 98.3%.Conclusions: NovaSure ablation, was a safe,effective endometrectomy method for treatment of dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage.Al the patients suffered less,recovered early, It was easily operated and worthy promoting.
