目的：评价人血白蛋白注射液对深II度烧伤创面局部外敷的临床疗效。方法：48例深II度烧伤患者随机分为两组：治疗组和对照组，治疗组24例采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和凯新牌银锌霜，对照组24例采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和凯新牌银锌霜基础上应用人血白蛋白注射液，评估创面愈合时间、外敷纱布被浸润层数及创面愈合质量。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组创面愈合时间短P=0.041（P＜0.05），外敷纱布被浸润层数少P=0.004（P＜0.05），创面愈合质量好P=0.001（P＜0.05）。结论：人血白蛋白注射液局部外敷对深II度烧伤创面的治疗存在明显优势。
목적：평개인혈백단백주사액대심II도소상창면국부외부적림상료효。방법：48례심II도소상환자수궤분위량조：치료조화대조조，치료조24례채용중조우감성성섬유세포생장인자화개신패은자상，대조조24례채용중조우감성성섬유세포생장인자화개신패은자상기출상응용인혈백단백주사액，평고창면유합시간、외부사포피침윤층수급창면유합질량。결과：여대조조비교，치료조창면유합시간단P=0.041（P＜0.05），외부사포피침윤층수소P=0.004（P＜0.05），창면유합질량호P=0.001（P＜0.05）。결론：인혈백단백주사액국부외부대심II도소상창면적치료존재명현우세。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of external application of human albumin on deep 2nd deep burns. Methods:48 cases with deep 2nd degree burn patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 24 cases were treated by rhFGF and Kai new brand of silver zinc cream(control group). The other 24 cases (treatment group) were treated similarly with control cases in addition with human albumin of external application. The healing time,the number of gauze that be infiltrated,and the thickness of scar were investigate to assess healing quality. Results:Compared with control group,the healing time in treatment group was shorter with P=0.041;the number of gauze that be infiltrated is less with P=0.004 and the thickness of scar is more filmy with P=0.001 respectively. Conclusion:Traditional regimen plus with human albumin of external application for deep 2nd degree burn treatment took more advantage over isolated traditional regimen and may be widely used.
