千金子是我国的传统中药材，为大戟科植物续随子Euphorbia lathyris L.的干燥成熟种子。研究表明，千金子含有脂肪油、二萜、香豆素等多种化学成分，并具有广泛的药理活性，包括致泻、抗肿瘤等。最近，国内外研究人员又分离出一些新的化学成分，取得新的进展。本文综述了千金子的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展，以冀为更好地开发利用千金子提供科学依据。
천금자시아국적전통중약재，위대극과식물속수자Euphorbia lathyris L.적간조성숙충자。연구표명，천금자함유지방유、이첩、향두소등다충화학성분，병구유엄범적약리활성，포괄치사、항종류등。최근，국내외연구인원우분리출일사신적화학성분，취득신적진전。본문종술료천금자적화학성분화약리작용적연구진전，이기위경호지개발이용천금자제공과학의거。
Euphorbiae Semen is the dried ripe seeds of Euphorbiaceae plant Euphorbia lathyris L..Many researches have shown that Euphorbiae Semen is composed of fatty oils, diterpenoids, coumarin and other chemical components. Euphorbiae Semen has broad pharmacological activity, including purgative and antitumor effect. Recently, some novel chemical components are isolated by domestic and foreign researchers,and some new progress has been obtained. This paper aims to summarize the research development on chemical components and pharmacological activity of Euphorbiae Semen. This work can provide the scientific basis for better the utilization of Euphorbiae Semen.
