目的:探讨神经妥乐平联合红外偏振光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)的疗效。方法将80例PHN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例采用0.9%氯化钠100 mL+神经妥乐平7.2 U,一日1次静脉滴注,疗程15 d,红外偏振光照射治疗,一日2次,每次15 min,共治疗30次;对照组:红外偏振光照射治疗,一日2次,每次15 min,共治疗30次。15 d后比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛缓解情况,疼痛评价采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale, VAS)。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前下降,治疗组下降程度大于对照组。治疗组治愈15例,显效18例,有效率82.5%,治愈率37.5%;对照组治愈7例,显效15例,有效率55.0%,治愈率17.5%,两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治愈率也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经妥乐平联合红外偏振光治疗是一种安全有效的治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的方法。

목적:탐토신경타악평연합홍외편진광치료대상포진후유신경통(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)적료효。방법장80례PHN환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,치료조40례채용0.9%록화납100 mL+신경타악평7.2 U,일일1차정맥적주,료정15 d,홍외편진광조사치료,일일2차,매차15 min,공치료30차;대조조:홍외편진광조사치료,일일2차,매차15 min,공치료30차。15 d후비교량조환자치료전후동통완해정황,동통평개채용시각모의평분법(visual analogue scale, VAS)。결과량조치료후VAS평분균교치료전하강,치료조하강정도대우대조조。치료조치유15례,현효18례,유효솔82.5%,치유솔37.5%;대조조치유7례,현효15례,유효솔55.0%,치유솔17.5%,량조환자균미출현명현불량반응。치료조유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.01),치유솔야고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론신경타악평연합홍외편진광치료시일충안전유효적치료대상포진후유신경통적방법。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of neurotropin combined with polarized infrared in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods Eighty patients with PHN were randomly divided into two groups. Forty cases in treatment group were given 100 mL 0.9%sodium chloride with 7.2 U neurotropin, intravenous infusion, once daily for 15 d, meanwhile received polarized infrared treatment for 15 d, twice a day, 15 min every time. Patients in control group were treated only with polarized infrared, twice a day, 15 min every time for 15 d. The pain was assessed with visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after the treatment. Results The scores of VAS were decreased in both groups after the treatment, and more obviously in the treatment group. In treatment group, 15 cases were cured, and 18 cases achieved excellent therapeutic efficacy, the effective rate and the cure rate were 82.5%and 37.5%, respectively. In control group, 7 cases were cured, 15 cases achieved excellent, the effective rate and the cure rate were 55%and 17.5%, respectively. The effective rate in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group (P<0.01) and the cure rate in treatment group was also superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Neurotropin combined with polarized infrared was a safe and effective treatment method for PHN.
