目的:优选复方黑茶颗粒最佳制剂工艺。方法通过正交实验优选复方黑茶颗粒的最佳提取工艺和制剂工艺。结果最佳制剂工艺为黑茶与菊苣根按1:1配比加入0.06 g甜菊叶和10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次1 h,过滤,浓缩滤液至相对密度约1.0时加入银杏叶提取物10 mg,搅匀,浓缩至相对密度约1.2时倒出浸膏,80℃干燥至水分含量为3.5%时取出粉碎。设定干法制粒机的送料变频为20 Hz、压片变频为20 Hz、制粒变频为35 Hz、滚轮压力为4 MPa,将干膏粉制粒,筛分后分装即得。结论所选制剂工艺简便可行。

Objective To optimize the preferred preparation process of compound dark tea granules. Methods The optimum extracting and processing technologies of compound dark tea granules were selected by orthogonal experiments. Results The best preparation process was the black tea and chicory root were blended at 1:1 ratio, and added 0.06 g stevia leaves and 10 times amount of water, then decocted two times, each time 1 hour, filtered, and added 10 mg Ginkgo biloba extract when concentrated the filtrate to a relative density of about 1, stired well, concentrated to a relative density of about 1.2 then poured concretes, placed in a 80℃oven blast dried to a moisture content of 3.5%to remove pulverized. Dry granulation machine was setted as feeding frequency 20 Hz, tablettingfrequency 20 Hz, granulation-frequency 35 Hz and roller pressure 4 MPa. Dry cream powder were granulated, screened and packaged. Conclusion The preparation process was convenient and feasible.
